The delivery time can vary depending on the project’s complexity and the number of deliverables. Typically, for weddings and special events, we aim to provide the final edited video within 4-6 weeks. For corporate projects, we work within agreed timelines. We prioritize quality and ensure every project receives the attention it deserves.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. We require a minimum of 30 days' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund.
